    • Enter your primary home phone number to begin the online rebate application process, and complete the questions on the subsequent pages.
    • Purchase and install an ENERGY STAR® qualified gas furnace from a New Mexico contractor from April 22nd through November 15, 2010. (gas furnaces must be installed by a licensed heating contractor).
    • Print and mail the application form from this site, along with the required documentation to:

    • A signed, fully completed application, postmarked by November 30, 2010. By signing the application, the applicant agrees to adhere to the program's terms and conditions.
    • The sales receipt or invoice that shows the date of purchase, cost, equipment make and model, and contractor/store name and address. (applicants should make a copy for their own records).
    • A copy of a recent natural gas utility bill or LP gas bill associated with the installation address.
